Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services has a released Addendum #1 featuring answers to questions and a deadline extension of the RPF to now be Friday, November 6th at 2PM EST.

Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services has issued a Request for Proposal that calls for consulting services, detailed designs, specifications, site plans, and engineering services for the Sarnia Supportive Housing and Friendship Center Development.
OAHS is seeking the services of a consultant to facilitate and assist with:
• Creating conceptual drawing and site plans for OAHSSC to use for community consultation purposes and to revise drawings based on community and stakeholder feedback to finalize the preparation of detailed designs;
• Specifications (including permitting and licensing, site plan approval);
• Tendering and contract administration including acting as Quantity Surveyor through the construction process and to act as Tender Agent on behalf of OAHSSC for the Sarnia Housing and Friendship Center Development.
