Please note that due to our COVID-19 Pandemic Policy, all OAHS staff will be working from home for the next 3 weeks. All requests will be monitored as usual so please fill out our online request form, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a detailed voicemail with your full name, full address, phone number and concern.
We’ll document and forward your request to the field representative in your area. Responses will be measured on the severity of your request with emergencies being top priority at this time.

All online maintenance requests will be received during OAHS’ standard business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm EST.
During Business Hours
If your maintenance request is an EMERGENCY, please call us immediately at 1-866-391-1061 ext. 115 and do not complete this form. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
Outside of Business Hours/On Holidays
If you have a maintenance request that is an EMERGENCY outside of business hours, please contact 1-866-391-1061 and you will be prompted to press 2 if an emergency. You will then be directed to our after hours dispatch centre to immediately address your concern if deemed an emergency. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
Maintenance emergencies include:
- no heat
- no water
- plumbing leaks
- flooding issues
- broken windows or doors due to break-in
- electrical issues, or a
- roof leak
