Please note that due to our COVID-19 Pandemic Policy, all OAHS staff will be working from home. All requests will be monitored as usual so please fill out our online request form, email us at maintenance@oahssc.ca or leave a detailed voicemail with your full name, full address, phone number, and concern.

We’ll document and forward your request to the field representative in your area. Responses will be measured on the severity of your request with emergencies being a top priority at this time.

All online maintenance requests will be received during OAHS’ standard business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm EST. 

During Business Hours

If your maintenance request is an EMERGENCY, please call us immediately at 1-866-391-1061 and do not complete this form.  If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

Outside of  Business Hours/On Holidays

If you have a maintenance emergency that occurs outside of office hours (Mon- Fri, 8am-4:30pm) please contact our Emergency After Hours line @ 1-888-898-3789. Important to note that requests will only be addressed if they are classified as Emergency and not during business hours. Any requests submitted outside of business hours directly to maintenance or staff via email or phone extension will not be received until the following business day.

If your request is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency contact number immediately. Thank you

Maintenance emergencies include:

  • no heat
  • no water
  • plumbing leaks
  • flooding issues
  • broken windows or doors due to break-in
  • electrical issues, or a
  • roof leak
