The National Youth Panel was brought forth in an effort to showcase Aboriginal youth. A lot is said about Aboriginal youth and the need for programs to help and inspire them. Cando wanted to take a different approach and showcase the youth who are out in their communities, succeeding and working hard for the betterment of their people. Cando’s National Youth Panel is now entering its 11th year.
