Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (OAHS) is seeking qualified proponents to design and construct detached units across Ontario as per specifications in the attachments below. There are nine (9) builds to be completed. Proponents may bid on as many units as desired but must specify units in their bid submissions.
Qualified proponents are to submit firm quotes to provide a turn-key development including all supply and services provided in this Request for Tender (RFT). This RFT is seeking proponent(s) with proven construction and site planning experience and the ability to reasonably complete new developments on time, per the agreed contract price and according to specifications, drawings and applicable laws. Experience working with the Aboriginal Community is considered a strong asset.
