HYDRO
We recommend that when you contact Ontario Hydro to set up your account, that you specifically request TWELVE MONTH EQUAL BILLING. This will allow you to budget your hydro/heat costs equally over the full year. Tenants should pay attention to every hydro bill and compare Hydro figures with the actual meter reading. If you do not know how to read your meter, please call Ontario Hydro. If you monitor your actual hydro usage, you should be able to avoid surprise in your hydro bill.
