Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (OAHS) is inviting proposals from qualified General Contractors to submit a firm price for the replacement of 48 combi-units at 229 Candlewood Drive in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
The successful proponent will provide the specified scope of work with pricing and a bid form found in the RFT document.
Experience with Indigenous communities and the inclusion of Indigenous apprentices and employment opportunities will be heavily weighted by OAHS, which considers this a strong asset.
