Back in December 2021, Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (OAHS) issued a Request for Tender for the design and construction of 7 duplex rental units in White River, Ontario. The complex is to be developed incorporating sustainable design and construction practices, with the proponent having proven construction and site-planning experience and the ability to satisfactorily complete new developments.
OAHS is pleased to announce that Belisle Builders has been awarded this White River Phase 2 development.
