Greetings,
ONPHA has released their Quick Connections Aboriginal Housing Issue and we are pleased to announce that the FIMUR Assisted Homeownership Program, administered by Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services, has been highlighted on Page 11.
The FIMUR Assisted Homeownership Program, launched in 2009 and extended in 2012, assists First Nation, Inuit and Métis individuals and families with low to moderate income in making the transition from tenancy to homeownerhip. “Our goal is to help individuals and families find a home”, says Don McBain, Executive Director.
